Email is the most reliable way to contact us, and we try to check email at least once a day, and usually check it more often than that. If we do not reply to your email within 24 hours, feel free to send again to make sure we received it. You can also call us through Skype, phone to Skype in the US, at 585-200-5748. To call from your computer to our Skype name, use the name junglerider. We can't answer if the satellite and computer are not on, but you can leave a message, and we check messages whenever the computer and satellite are running.
